Illustration
Injury and Procedure Illustrations
Custom Medical Illustrations are $99.00 down and $74/hour. Most work is completed within 5 to 7 business days. Completion time may vary based on level of difficulty and current work load. Depending on final delivery format printing and shipping charges may apply.
Animation
Medical Animations
Custom medical animations are priced on a per case basis; most are completed within a budget of $3500.00 or less. Delivery times will vary dependent on level of complexity and current work load. Please take into consideration when ordering once we receive your information that we will need two weeks of production time, you will need one week for review and an additional week may be necessary for fine tuning of completed work.
Auto Accident Animations
Custom accident animations can be created using information from an expert or any other reports and findings you have available. Call us today for a free consultation. We can help you develop a solution that will highlight the key points of any case. Accident animations have a base price of $250.00 and $45/hour till completion. Unlike other companies we do not charge for “Render Time”*.
Presentations
Mediation
We can create presentations in a number of styles using PowerPoint. Presentations for mediation are $200.00 each. Revisions are billed at $10.00/hour. Presentations consisting of more than 100 slides will have an additional charge of $1.00 per slide.
Trial
Trial presentations also use PowerPoint, however we create an index system that allows the presenter to quickly jump to any document or slide contained in the presentation. This system gives greater flexibility and allows you to go with the flow of the case. You can be prepared without adhering to the rigid linear style that PowerPoint usually has.
Presentations for trial are $375.00 each. Revisions are billed at $15.00/hour. Presentations consisting of more than 150 slides will have an additional charge of $1.00 per slide.
Please provide us with the following:
1 A cover page with the style of the case.
2 Each document you wish in the presentation. Documents should be separated by a cover page identifying each document.
3 A typed index of the documents. Please have the documents listed in the order you wish to have them appear in the presentation.
4 A typed document outlining damage pages and figures. If actual figures are not supplied, a dollar amount of 0.00 will be put in place for easy editing by your staff.
If you have the ability to deliver your documents in electronic format (PDF), you may be eligible for a discount.
All quotes are free and without obligation.
A retainer of 50% of quoted price is required before work begins. Final price is guaranteed to be within 5% of quoted price on all services. Remainder of payment is due at time of delivery. At time of order we will inform you of when you can expect delivery of completed work.
